Taken R & D Batches In 2 Kg glass Reactor as per Standard SOP.
Analysis &Certification of Raw Materials Such as Vinyl Acetate monomer, Acetic Acid, Acrylic Monomers Like EA, BA, MMA, Acrylic Acid, MA,2 EHA,ACN etc. Plasticizers like DBM, DBP, DOM, DAP etc and Emulsifiers, etc.
Interpretation of results as well as certification of Raw Materials, finished products and Inprocess samples.
To keep the records of Chemicals, Glass wares, Accessories & Spares of Instruments/ Equipments and indenting of the same.
Analysis of Polymer Emulsion ( Homo and Copolymers ) such as solid content, Viscosity, pH, Free monomers ,Application tests of polymer Emulsions used in textile, Lamination, Construction chemicals ,Paint & Pigments, Acron binders, leather binders Industries.
Having good experience of handling following Instruments.
1) Gas chromatography ( Agilent / Ultima ).
2) UV-VIS Spectrophotometer ( shimadzu UV-1700 )
3) Flame Photometer.
4) Brookfield Viscometers ( RVT, LVT dial & digital model ).
5) PH Meter & Conductivity Meter ( control dynamics ).
