- 3 Layer Polyethylene Coating as per DIN 30670 & CAN/CSA Z 245.21 specification, SHELL and EIL specification.
- 3 Layer Polypropylene Coating as per DIN 30678 & SHELL specification.
- Fusion bonded epoxy Coating as per & CAN/CSA Z 245.20 specification.
- Coal tar Enamel Coating as per AWWA C 203 specification
- Internal Epoxy Paint Coating as per API RP 5L2, ISO 15741 & AWWA C 213 specification
- Concrete Weight Coating as per AWWA C 205 & IS 1916 specification’s.
- having 08 month experience from 05 Jan. 2010 till 30 Aug. 2010 in Third party inspection As Sr. Inspection Engineer with Bharath Quality Engineers.

- Documentation & Implementation for ISO 9001 :2000 & certification as per Quality System Manual & Quality System Procedure
- Liaison with TPI/Clients/Consultant on Quality Systems /Procedures and Project co-ordination.

- Planning & Co-ordination for Inspection & Testing Equipments, Materials & Manpower for Projects.
- Handling of Customer Complaints related to Quality Matters.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE :
- Reviewe of the Raw Material Test Certificate for Epoxy, Adhesive and Polyethylene.
- Witnesses of Raw Material Tests for all batches of Epoxy, Adhesives and Polyethylene.
- Witnesses of the Procedure Qualification Test at all stages as Approved QAP.
- Witnesses / Verified the Calibration of Equipments.
- Witnesses / Monitoring of Storage of Raw Material, surface Defects, Bevel Damages if any, Ambient Temperature, relative Humidity, Pinhole Test, Cure Test, Adhesion Test, Bend Test, Chloride test, Salt Contamination Test, CD Test, Pipe Temperature, Adhesive Film Temperature, PE Film Temperature, Cut Back Length, Marking, Recording of Pipes Number, Coating Number, Heat Number, Epoxy Batch Number and its Mixing Ratio, Repair of Coating, Handling and Storage of Pipes, etc. as per Approved QAP.
- Witnesses / Monitoring of the Surface Roughness, Surface Cleanliness, Degree of Cleaning, Epoxy Layer Thickness, Adhesive Layer Thickness, Adhesion Test, Impact Test, Elongation Test, DSC Test, Indentation Test, Holiday Test, Overall Coating Thickness, Visual Inspection and etc. as per approved QAP.
- Witnesses / Monitoring of all the offline, online test and stages as per approved QAP.Verified and endorsed the Vendor Documentation.
