RESPONISIBILITIES & JOB PROFILE IN LOESCHE : (Proposal Engineering & technical Supports)
Exposure in equipment operation, all Engineering functions & in handling the complete proposal engineering and project execution
(Supplier of Grinding Solution through Vertical Roller Mills) :
1. Basic Engineering Support - Review of Tenders and Conceptualization of Mill/System layout.
- Formulation of plant Flow sheets, Heat and Mass balances.
- Formulation of Main machinery Capacities vis-à-vis major equipment specifications/Sizing.
- Formulation of Proposal General Arrangement Drawings.
2. Information to management - Preparing Business forecast reports (Sales report) for the Company and maintaining MIS / Reports for facilitating decision making by the management
3. Proposal Engineering Support - Formulation of Strategies/Philosophy for Proposals.
- Formulation of Inquiries for the bought out equipments.
- Review of Techno-Commercial Conditions of tender and preparation of deviations.
- Formulation of Technical Proposal and Guarantees.
- Formulations of Tender deviations, Tender summaries / Offer Summaries.
- Project cost and estimation, for various bought out with the help of sub suppliers.

Previous Work Experience :
A.) One year worked with Zuari Cement limited (A Unit of Italcementi Group) as a Senior Mechanical engineer (Project) at Bangalore CTG (INDIA). In CTG India my job involves Project Monitoring at site, Checking and approval of major project drawings (layout, general arrangement drawings) prepared by general contractor with regard to conformity to the contract stipulations, Attending technical meetings and pre-bid meetings with client and suppliers and decision making. Updating project schedule. for upcoming 5500 T PD Brown field Project in Andhra Pradesh & one 120 TPH Grinding V Unit in Chennai. Beside that I am looking after the construction permit approval, Central Excise Duty Registration & Execution at site after completion of Civil work.
B.) 03 years worked with J.K. Cement Limited, Nimbahera. An ISO 9001 :2000 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001:1996 (Environment Management System) certified company (A Unit of J.K. Organization) as a Mechanical Engineer in Kiln Mechanical Department from September 2004 to April 2007.As an Engineer my job involves performing administrative and management functions of planning, forecasting, implementing and controlling man power and resources for maintaining the highest combat worthiness of men and equipment. Group), as a Mechanical Engineer in Utilities. As a Mechanical Engineer my job involves operation and maintenance of various machine’s and equipments, like Humidification Towers of LUWA Switzerland make Thermax make boiler of 4 tones capacity(Coal Fired horizontal tubes,) Atlas copco make rotary compressors.
