Project Details.
SYNTHESIS ANALYSIS AND ANTIBACTERIAL EVALUATION OF PYRAZOLE AND PYRIMIDINE DERIVATIVES.
Project Description : Our study objective was to synthesise some derivatives of pyrazole and pyrimidine by using chalcone and evaluate its antibacterial activity. After the synthetic work, the compound was purified & Melting point and I.R Spectra was obtained. Our attempt was to subject the synthesised compound to antibacterial studies by Cup Plate method. The derivative showed some promising antibacterial activity.
