Having 12 plus Years of experience in CNC operating, programming 2D & 3D and CNC Assembly. Presently I am working in Bharath Fritz Werner Limited as a Application Engineer in special machine division.
1. Bharath Fritz Werner Limited Bangaluru.
Designation : Application Engineer.
Duration : Nov 2007 to till date.
Installation and commissioning of New CNC vertical machining centre, CNC horizontal machining centre, vertical turning lathe and all type of special tooled up machines.
Providing training on basic fundamentals and application training on Fanuc and Siemens controls.
CNC programming 2D with Fanuc and Siemens control, 3D programming using with Master cam software.
Critical projects handled in bfw are BEML KGF 32 set up's in one machine completed 20 days after joining,
Vishakpatanam steel plant 3D programming, BHEL Hardwar new turbine shop 3D program, BHEL Jhansi Loco part.
Offering total turnkey solutions for complete machining for a given job which includes selection of machines, process design, suggesting appropriate cutting tools, fixture concepts, Fixture modifications, estimation of cycle time and prove out of the components at customers end.
