Takreer RRE#3 is an Engineering Procurement and Commissioning (EPC) project which involves trench dredging for installation of submerged 3000mm diameter intake Polypropylene Pipes (4 Rows AT 4km long offshore for a total length of 16km) at a depth of 18 meters leading to the -20meters deep excavated seawater intake basin structure with concreting works of 67,000 cu.m and seawater and fire pumping chambers and power sub-stations, dredging and reclamation for the outfall area conducted by Dredging International of Belgium, shore protection works, installation of 2000mm diameter outfall Polypropylene Pipes (8 Rows AT 3 km long for a total length of 24 km) leading to the outfall basin structure discharging into the sea. Pipelines are linked to the new oil refinery plants. Construction period for civil and marine works is 24 months including engineering design and preparation of construction drawings, technical specifications, method statements and other contractual documentation.
Manages key staff and subcontractors in the implementation of marine works such as dredging, reclamation, break waters, jetties, shore protection and offshore intake pipeline installation works.
