The Personal Benefits Statement project is a phased approach to enable employees of IBM Nederland to get information about their compensation and benefits :
Phase I : All IBM Nederland employees received a booklet with their personal benefits.
Phase II : The same information as given in phase I is put on the Intranet.
Phase III : Employees will be able to adapt their compensation, benefits to meet their personal needs using a web environment;
- Providing separate logins for users and administrator.

Benefits:
- The application displays the available benefits and allows the user to modify the benefits and compensation in accordance with the IBM Netherlands specific rules and regulations.

- Once the user selects and submits a Benefit, It can be availed after getting approval from his manager.
- Once the manager approves it...User starts enjoying the Benefit and his/her salary gets adjusted accordingly by the Payroll People.
