    - SCADA Editing and Plc Programming of cement Plant as well as thermal plant.
    - Project Coordination work with Thermax in 22 MW Thermal Power plant & WHR 13.2MW Power plant.
    JOB PROFILE : -
    - Commissioning of Process Control System (Plc-Unity-Pro & Scada-ECS 7.0.6) and Equipment’s, (Control valves, Transmitters, Sensors) in 13.2 MW Waste Heat Recovery System & 22 MW (AFBC Boiler).
    - Done the Programming on Unity-Pro & ECS 7.0.6 in WHRB SYSTEM & 22 MW Thermal Power Plant.
    - Developing software for Kiln-2 in Concept FBD Programming Package (Quantum PLC and ECS 7.0.2 SR3 SCADA) system for CCR 1&2 UPGRADATION. (Ladder logic to FBD).
    - Upgrade the Packing Plant 4, 5, 6 Hardwire Logic to U84 PLC Ladder Programming.
    - Done the Programming on U84 Plc ladder logic in Packing Plant 4, 5&6.
    - Commissioned the wireless system of sateline to provide Remote Communication between CCR Engineering Station and U84 plc’s.
    - Developing SCADA (Vijeo Citect) for Energy Monitoring System in LT Room.
    - Commissioned Dampers (inlet, outlet, and bypass), Thermocouples in WHRB System.
    - Commissioned Radio Link from Coal Weigh Bridge (22 MW Thermal) to EDP (JKCW).
    - Commissioned Opacity Monitor (Baltech) in 22MW Stack.
    - Commissioned Coal Apron Feeder (INTECONT-PLUS) in 22 MW.
    - Commissioned AC drives with controller- F7 (132,160,300Kw, YASKAWA make).
    WORKING KNOWLEDGE : -
    - Unity-Pro (FBD), CONCEPT (FBD), U84 (Ladder) & MODSOFT (Ladder) Programming.
    - ECS 7.0.6, ECS 7.0.2, IC2000 (version 3.3 by AFE, UK), INTELLUTION-FIX, Vijeo Citect SCADA.
    - PLC & Computer Hardware, Installation & Networking.
    - Knowledge of various Instruments like temp. Transmitters, pressure transmitters, level instruments etc.
