My project automated resume forwarding system is an online application service and is ideally powered with efficiency and the companies' satisfaction. This system acts as a consultant between job seekers and companies. The automated resume forwarding system gets the details from job seekers and stores the same in the database. The authorized users only allowed accessing the system. When the companies post their request, the match engine is called to retrieve the suited candidates from the data base. The companies' requirement is converted into query format. Based on the query the match engine filter the records based on the candidates qualification, areas of interest, skill set and aggregate. Finally, match engine retrieves the suitable job seekers' resume that matches with the company requirements from the database and also send the mail to the corresponding persons. It helps the companies to hire the suitable candidates within a short period of time. The privacy of the database is maintained by providing security mechanisms. It provides increased speed, accuracy.

During the period of my Industrial Visit, we were visited there to know the applications like FINACLE which is develop by Infosys, in which idea of how a software company manages its work, client requirements and projects and how the work is coordinated between the team members was highlighted. It was the spiritual of our software life.
HCL TECHNOLOGIES LTD, PONDICHERY
An Hcl technology is a Technology and Business Outsourcing company. During the period of my Industrial Visit, we were visited there to know the processing about system manufacturing and different types of testing occurred in the hardware parts quality like monitor, cpu, hard disk, RAM meets the client requirements or not. They had different department to test each parts of configuration. We learnt lot of things in terms of hardware parts configuration there.
