Job Description, Candidate Profile, Company Profile, Company Address :
[1] Tool Room / Die Shop - BE / DME / Eq. with experience in good tool room / die shop [ 2 positions - one at HOD level ( Manager / SM ) & one at Dy Mgr / Sr. Engr ] - Exposure to modern tool room practices.

[2] Plant Maintenance / Plant Engg - BE / DME / DEE / Eq. with experience in plant & utility maintenance of mid-size auto / engineering manufacturing plant [ 2 positions - one at HOD level ( Manager / SM ) & one at Dy Mgr / Sr. Engr level ] - Exposure to mechanical presses ( forging or sheet metal ) ; induction heaters ; heat treatment furnaces ; CNC / VMC machines, utility generators / compresors etc. is preferred.

[3] PPC / Vendor Development - BE / DME / MBA / Eq. with experience in PPC & / OR Vendor Development for an engineering / Auto parts manufacturing unit. Co-ordinating the orders from OEMs / Export customers is preferred. [ 2 positions each for PPC and Vendor Development ( at Sr.Engineer / Dy.Mgr level ).

[3] Marketing / Sales - BE / DME / MBA / Eq. with experience in Marketing / Export / Sales Co-ordn. for an engineering / Auto parts manufacturing unit. Exposure in dealing with reputed OEs / Export customers is preferred. [ 1 position at Sr.Engineer / Dy.Mgr level ].

[4] Design / Production Engineering - BE / DME / Eq. with experience in design, development ( process & tooling ) & production engineering of forging parts. Exposure to modern practices ( CAD, CAM, CAE, APQP, PFMEA ) would be preferred.

[5] Quality Assurance - BE / DME / Eq. with experience in Quality Assurance & Quality Engineering in mid-size auto parts / engineering company. Exposure to QA practices in manufacturing of parts in forging / casting / machine shop / heat treatment would be preferred. [ 2 position - one manager / SM level and another Dy,Mgr / Sr. Engr level ]

[6] We also need Engineers ( 1~3 yrs ) with relevant experience in areas of production ( forging, machine shop, heat treatment ) / tool room / maintenance / marketing / PPC / design / Quality
