The candidate should be having Programming good proficiency in C/c++,

Operating systems :- UNIX experience preferred; Linux/ FreeBSD; RToS such as VxWorks and equivalents

Expertize in (ANY ONE OF THESE) :-

for L1/L2 such as :- ATM, Ethernet, POS, SONET, T1/E1 tech, DSLAM, PPP, GVRP, VLAN and their concepts etc.

L3 :- working knowledge and or hands-on about OSPF, BGP, ISIS, RIP, IP, TCP, Broadband features, MPLS, VPN,IPv6,IPv4, Mobile IP

BSP,Board Bring up,Kernels,internals etc.

Systems knowledge (High availability, carrier class solutions, redundancy systems)
