Required Experience :
Minimum 2 years of experience in a personal assistant/ secretarial role. Should be proficient in Microsoft office tools and telephone etiquettes. Prior experience in a General Insurance Company is desirable in a similar role.
Key Responsibility of the Role :
This position shall assist in the following activities:
1) Preparing documents and drafting letters for MD & CEO.
2) Preparing mails and sending communication on behalf of MD & CEO.
3) Data management via excel and word documents, paperwork, filing and data presentation.
4) Calendar management of MD & CEO, including interviews, department meetings, external customer meetings, etc.
5) Managing and co-ordinating travel bookings/visa arrangements etc.
6) Helping Dy. CEO & other Departments as and when required.
7) Receiving the clients/other dignitaries visiting MD & CEO’s office, interacting with them and maintaining their contact details
8) Any other office work entrusted by MD & CEO.
