Description :

This project named RTB(Run To Bank) is mainly aimed to support production activities on timely basis for different business units of HSBC. Our team is for giving support for the Business unit Malaysia Called HBMY. Primary contribution from the offshore team is resolving issues (tickets), Respond to the clients queries, Pre batch activities etc.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Give permanent resolution to the batch abends so as to avoid any further issues and allow smooth processing of files
- Analyzing the user queries and provides the solutions for them. The user generally raises query through a Global Service Desk (GSD) in the form of a ticket. Hence, resolve it within the SLA time.
- Maintenance of the production code as per the business request and ensure that it is being executed as per the business requirement
- The team holds responsibility for User Accepted Testing (UAT) batches apart from the production batch and hence ensures that the UAT batches are also run correctly.
- Code and test update ezytrieves requested by the business on priority basis
- Send the updates in batch flow to batch team, if there are any scheduling changes done in production
- To provide help and support to batch team incase of any queries/critical abend.
