Required Civil Engineer (fresher) to be posted as a site engineer, should be well versed in civil basics, reports and excels , understanding of drawings, ability to lead a team and should be committted to the job. Posting would be at site.

Onsite overall project planning, co-ordination and execution
Measurement and recording (BOQ) at site and freezing the same with client and company

Managing labour and sub contractor manpower at site
Management of resources and mobilization of the same in co-ordination with various departments ensuring resource availability in time.
Man hour Loading & Tracking of resources.
Tracking of schedule on daily basis.
Physical verification of works & certification of external agency and sub contractor bills.
Manpower and Material planning.
Maintaining projectsite as per schedule.
Material Reconciliation
Co ordination with various other departments to ensure availability of resources in time for the smooth running of project.
