“Multistage oil Separator”
Short Details of Project :
The project aims to produce such a machine which can be used to filter the cutting fluid having low cost and can be used by small workshops also. The oil filtration machines available in market having very high cost and cannot be used by small industries and used cutting fluid thrown out which causes hazardous effect on environment.
Cutting fluid can be filtered in three stages :-
1) Mechanical Filtration (Filtration of small chips and other impurities by mechanical action of fin rotor and iron wool mesh in centrifugal chamber),
2) Magnetic Filtration (Filtration of fine ferrous particles by magnetic action) &
3) Paper Filtration (Filtration of remaining non ferrous impurities in paper filter).
Thus the “Multistage Oil Separator” can be effective in the reusing of coolant at small scale and affordable price.
