** Worked as a shift in-charge in Ferro-alloy at Concast steel and power ltd. Responsible for Smooth running of all the mechanical equipments that includes Conveyor systems, Gear boxes, Vibro-feeders, Air Compressors, Hydraulic Power pack , Hydraulic cylinders, Pumps section, Piping systems, Furnace equipments, Gas Cleaning Plant systems, blowers, Water softener plant and EOT cranes during shift.
** Responsible for any modification in any system drawing and carry out required fabrication.
** Developed preventive maintenance schedule and checklist for the plant.
** To carryout Preventive Maintenance of plant being a PM in charge.
Responsible for ISO 9001 :2008 Documentation and Audit of the department.
** Downtime analysis and further corrective actions.
** Shutdown planning as well as monthly and weekly maintenance planning.
