The candidate should be a multifaceted individual who is a self-starter.

The primary responsibilities include :
Effective Management of Technical Project Teams
Managing day-to-day client interaction; Setting and managing client expectations.
Developing lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client ties.
Communicating effectively with client to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
Continually seeking opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
Evaluating, defining and finalizing client requirements.
End to end management of onsite and off shore projects inclusive of Budget & Cost Analysis.
High Level Design, Resource Management, Time Estimation, Scheduling, Project Execution and Control
Quality Planning & Control, Risk & Issue Management.
Change Management & Version control.
Management Reporting of Project Status.

Essential skills and prior experience desired in the following areas:
Prior experience in independent Project Management
Experience in Software Engineering processes and Design patterns
Quality Planning & Control,
Ability to guide a team for all phases of SDLC and /or SMLC
Knowledge of cost analysis
Ability to lead teams and strong leadership skills
Experience running large global projects
Strong management resource allocation skills
Vendor management skills
7 to 10 years' work experience
Great communication skills especially in the area of diplomacy
