    JOB PROFILE
    Quality Analyst
    - Drive the client Targets of Quality by ensuring qualitative review by the associates
    1. Ensure timely roll out of process updates
    2. Handle Client Escalations, Provide Solutions and process checks to avoid repeat of escalations.
    3. Work with Quality Department to ensure overall process Q & A targets are met and client escalations are brought to a minimum through training and feedback sessions and by formulating process checks.
    - Handle Escalations from clients, by providing solutions and ensuring such instances are avoided by formulating checks in process and providing constructive feedback to the team players.
    - Manage the Team and take care of team concerns and issues.
    - Ensure knowledge gaps ,amongst the associates are bridged at the earliest and thus ensure minimal error in the processing of loans .

    - Work Towards formulating methods and techniques to minimize the error/escalations and re-work cases on the loans processed by associates.

    Process – Underwriting U.S Residential Mortgage Loans
    Position : Sr. Business Process executive (Level Two)
    - Analyze credit income asset and property documents for loans submitted for approval from Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae.
    - Review Application packages and all trailing documents received from customer and 3rd parties and analyze the credit worthiness of the customers
    - Complete full review to insure adherence to investor and program requirements
    - Share findings with Loan Processing team (Loan Counsellors) and work with them to complete the approval of loans ASAP.
    - Meet established turnaround time required for reviewing individual documents and initiating tasks
    Current CTC – Rs. 3.5 lakhs P.A
    Expecting – Rs. 5 lakhs P.A
