Erection & Installation of following :
- Three (3) 50/67 MVA, ONAN/ONAF (OA/FA), Dyn1, 132/13.8kV, 3-phase, 60 Hz, 22% impedance AT 50 MVA base, oil immersed power transformers with +10% to -20% OLTC, with 132kV bushing CTs(for metering) and three (NER) neutral grounding (800A/10- ) complete with RTCC cabinets, all accessories. The transformers have bushing type, 2-core CT (one core with single ratio and the other core with multi-ratio) mounted at 13.8kV neutral
- Six (6) outdoor station class arresters rating 120 kV for D/C- T/L
- 132 kV, indoor, (GIS), 2000A, 1Sec, 40KA, switching devices and other associated electrical equipment, consisting of the following:
1. Eight (8)-132kV, 2000A, 1 sec, 40kA, peak withstand current 2.6 times short circuit rating (104KA), 3-phase, 60 Hz, indoor, SF6 circuit breakers.
2. Twenty three (23) 132 kV, 2000A, 1sec, 40kA, l04kA peak momentary current, 3-pole, 60 Hz, disconnect and grounding switches.
3. Eighteen (18) 132 kV, 1-phase voltage transformers (VT) for two (2) lines & four (4) buses.
4. 132 kV, 2000/1A current transformer with multi-ratio taps (MRCT), Five (5) cores minimum for each C.B.
- Three (3) 13.8kV, 7MVAR shunt capacitor banks with 2 mH series detuning reactor. Each capacitor bank designed to attain a "net" value of 7MVAR AT 1.0 p.u. at the 13.8kV bus.
1. Detuning Reactors
Installation of nine (9) numbers air cored detuning reactors of 2mH, three (3) for each capacitor bank, complete in all respects and installed in naturally ventilated.
2. Capacitor units
Installation of rack mounted, capacitor units in 3x13.8kV banks, each bank of 7Mvar capacity at 13.8kV, arranged in Y-Y arrangement with ungrounded neutral, with free standing neutral CT.
- 13.8kV, 25kA, 1sec, peak withstand current 2.6 times short circuit rating (65KA), indoor switchgear with SF6 or vacuum circuit breakers with ABTS consisting of the following:
1. Three (3) 3600A breaker cubicles for incoming circuits from power transformers T1, T2 and T3, with nine (9) single phase 13.8kV PTs for three (3) 13.8kV incomers.
2. Thirty four (34) 630A breaker cubicles for outgoing feeder circuits.
3. Two (2) 630A breaker cubicles for station service transformers.
4. Two (2) 3600A breaker cubicles for bus tie circuit breaker.
5. Three (3) 630A breaker cubicles for capacitor banks (with speed type earthing switch and surge arresters).
- Two (2) 500kVA, 13.8kV/220-127V ONAN, Dyn11 station service transformers with all accessories.
- Termination of 13.8 KV, 25KA, 1 sec XLPE cable (5x1cx630sqmm/phase) between Power Transformer & 13.8 KV Switchgear.
- Termination of 132 KV, 40 KA, 1 sec XLPE cable (1cx630sqmm/phase) between Power Transformer and GIS.
- 220/127V AC power system with auto transfer scheme.
- 125/48V DC auxiliary power system with the following:
1. One (1) set of Battery Bank 600AH (minimum) on 8-hour basis for125V.
2. Two (2) units of chargers with 100A (minimum) rating for125V.
3. One (1) set of Battery Bank with capacity of 250AH for 48V DC system.
4. Two (2) chargers with 50A rating (for 48V).
5. DC distribution panel boards (125-48V) complete with breaker
