The complete operation of the Captive Thermal Power Plant including, STG, Boiler, AHP, CHP, BOP and along with auxiliaries is being controlled & monitored using Distributed Control System (DCS) of M/s. Honeywell (C-200 R 301, I/O-5000).
1. Turbine : Multistage extraction (Shin Nippon Machinery).
2. Boiler : 1x135 TPH, 87 Kg/cm2, 520°C (ENMAS ).
3. DCS : Honeywell C-200, I/O-5000
4. AHP : Mecawber Beekay.
5. C.T : Paharpur cooling towers.
6. L.P.B : 2x30 TPH, 17 Kg/cm2.
7. T.F.H : 2x25 TPH(250000 Kca/Hr)
8. C.H.P : 1*135 TPH (Enviro Pvt. Ltd.)
- WORK EXPOSURE :
- M/s. Honeywell make C-200 DCS. Its software loading, programming, loops checking, SCADA editing etc.
- Logic, interlock checking and its modification to meet the required conditions for the smooth operation of the plant.
- Maintenance of DB make UPS & battery charger.
- Cable route planning, scheduling, laying and termination.
- Troubleshooting and calibration of Pressure, flow, level transmitters and switches. RTD’s, thermocouples, control valves, Motorized operated valves, SWAS Panel etc.
- Calibration & checking all type of Instruments in Lab.
- Installation and Maintenance of M/s Microtech Instrument make ‘Test Bench’.
- Maintenance of Ash Handling Plant.
- Maintenance of Coal Handling Plant.
- Maintenance, troubleshooting, fault analyzing, rectification, interlock checking of E&I system.
