    I have completed B. Tech. In Ceramic Technology in 2009 from Government College of Engineering & Ceramic Technology, Kolkata. Now I am associated with Development Alternatives as an Executive Material Technologist since June 2009. My primary roles and responsibilities are to carry out R&D on waste to wealth in clay brick making, Finalization of Fly ash technology package for fly ash block making, Demonstrating & promoting VSBK (eco-kiln) technology in India and abroad. I have coordinated a project funded by World Bank in Bangladesh. The title of the project was Demonstrating and introduction of Eco-kiln technology in Bangladesh which was supported by BUET & Practical Action, Bangladesh. I have also handled a project named "Establishment of 20 diverse enterprises which integrate improved brick production, Energy efficiency and resource efficiency documented" which is funded by DST, GoI.
    New project that is now I am handling is "Accelerated Roll Out of Low Carbon Construction (eco-kiln) in Bihar and Orissa" which is funded by Shakti Foundation.
