Topic : “Regeneration of Plants through Direct and Indirect Organogenesis in Ocimum sanctum and Bougainvillea”
Description :
In this project, medicinally valuable plants like Ocimum sanctum and Bougainvillea were regenerated using different growth regulators and carbon sources in explants like- leaf, nodes and inflorescence. The basic agar medium was replaced with sugar bagasse and the plant Bougainvillea was regenerated efficiently.
