SIM has developed a Java Framework that is used as a standard integration layer for integrating applications across Best Buy. Wipro is involved in providing help to set up the SIM process, develop the framework and implement the framework for the internal customers. Currently, applications across Best Buy are integrated with this framework along with the MQ/MQSI middleware. SIM - System Integration Middleware, which transfers the data’s into different system. This inbuilt EAI, called AppTalk.

ESC stands for the Electronic Subscription Capture system, which primarily handles the accounting for the Accounts Receivables Department of Best Buy. It is used to electronically capture digital subscriptions for those products which have subscriptions associated to them. The primary objectives of this application are :
