Project Details
1. LCD based ECG monitoring (Diploma)
Our project team consisted of seven members. It took about 3 months to complete the project. Our project dealt with the monitoring and analysis of electrocardiogram on a graphics LCD module. The controlling and capturing element of the unit is an embedded system, which uses the most featured and powerful microcontroller PIC 16F877. Here we used software is MPLAB for IC programming. Our project was divided into two parts : IC code developing and circuit designing. My role in our project was that of an IC code developer.

2. GPS based locking system (Engineering)
Our project team consisted of three members. It took about 2 months to complete the project. The aim of our project was to provide extra security for solid materials like money, secret files and military weapons etc, being transported from one place to another. Our project was a locking system which was designed in such a way as to enable the system to open only at the destination point. It is based on Global Positioning System (GPS) and it consists of one microcontroller, LCD, keypad and a motor. Using this system we can set the longitude and latitude of a destination and also set both locking and unlocking passwords in the device. When the device reaches a place it can check the co-ordinates of that place with the co-ordinates set in the device; if the co-ordinates match then device will open otherwise it will not open. Here we used software MPLAB for IC code developing. Our project divides into three parts which are IC code developing, circuit designing and mechanical parts. My role in our project was that of an IC code developer.
