Ensure effective deployment of HR policies and practices at unit level on consultation with Business Heads.
    - Recruitment - Handling internal recruitment of key professionals for deployment in critical projects. Responsible for closing internal recruitment targets through various sources.
    - Performance Management - Driving performance Management for the process through the operations team. This includes the confirmation and annual appraisals and performance improvement programs as needed by the process..
    - Internal Growth Process - End to end ownership of the internal job posting process, and other career development programs. This covers posting jobs, designing and administering selection rounds.
    - Employee Satisfaction Initiatives - Conducting Satisfaction surveys, analyzing survey results, formulating actionables based on the same in consultation with business. Ensuring communication and implementation.
    - Grievance handling and disciplinary actions - Handling day to day grievances of the employees. Interaction and coordination with other functions for interventions for employee issues when needed.
