Assignment Capsule
In this role, the incumbent will, among other things, investigate injury claims, analyze accident situations for negligence, liability and recovery potential, review state and federal regulations, pursue recovery from responsible third parties and insurance carriers, negotiate effective settlements, and communicate with a wide range of parties including members, medical providers, attorneys and insurance carriers.

Key Competencies
• Problem Solving: You are a problem solver with the ability to encourage others in collaborative thinking and problem solving.
• Implementation/Execution: You can effectively investigate, analyze and negotiate third party liability claims.
• Communications Skills: You have strong verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual ability is a plus.

Role Essentials
• An Associate degree with a paralegal certification or a Bachelors degree
• The ability to communicate and negotiate with a wide array of parties including members, medical providers, attorneys and insurance carriers
Role Desirables
• Prior experience in healthcare subrogation, property casualty insurance, workers compensation or law office work related to investigations
• Applicants with experience that demonstrates attention to detail, ability to communicate with a diverse range of customers and an ability to learn on the job
