Position description : The position of Chief Mentor is to lead a team, which is into embedded systems training. The candidate should be in a position to set directions for the team,motivate and achieve definite results as per the organization's objective. Hands on experience required in the Embedded sytems domain with a passion for teaching and making a difference to the technology arena on a whole.

Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in training domain.

Qualification : B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/PhD

Skillsets :

* Expertise in C programming in Linux environment
* Exposure to any RTOS programming in embedded environment
* Experience in leading a team of minimum 3 people
* Excellent communication skills

Position : Assistant Mentor (Job code: AM01)
Position decription : The position of the Assistant mentor is to take up the training responsibility in the embedded systems domain. Strong hands on experience in C and Data structures programming is a must for this position.

Experience : 2 years

Qualification : B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA

Skillsets :

* Strong hands on experience in C programming with data structures
* Exposure to Linux device drivers and RTOS is preferred
* Excellent communication skills

OPTIMIZAION OF RING CAREER PISTON : In this project i did study on the various defects in the manufacturing of the piston. The purpose of the optimization is to increase the productivity and hence efficiency of the machine.
SCRAP ANALYSIS OF N.V. SCOOTER PISTON : I did a study on manufacturing defects in the piston and modify the processes to reduce the scrap. The main motive of this project is to reduce the cost and impart the economy.
