    Entry Criteria
    [LIST][*]Academics - BE / B. TECH / MCA / M. Sc / MS (Preferably in Computer Science or Information technology)[*] Must have obtained a consistent 60%+ from 10th to the most recent qualification[*] Extra academic certification / courses a plus[*] We invest in people to improve language. However effective communication is a vital criteria[*] At least 2+ years of experience in design and coding .Net framework / any other similar programming environments with strong OOPS background[*] Strong database experience with stored procedure or equivalent[/LIST]

    Category 1: 2 to 4 years of Exp (Developer)
    [LIST][*]2-4 years of experience in design and coding .Net framework – C#, ASP .Net and VB.Net, Ajax, XML, MS SQL 2005 / 2008[*]Should have coding experience in Web Application Development projects and design database tables with minimum supervision[*]Good documentation skills is mandatory[/LIST]

    Category 2: 4 to 6 years of Exp (Developer)
    [LIST][*]4-6 years of experience in design and coding .Net framework – C#, ASP .Net and VB.Net, Ajax, XML, MS SQL 2005 / 2008[*]Should have designed and developed at least 3 projects using .Net framework[*]Good documentation skills is mandatory[*]Should possess rich expertise of handling huge client base[*]Should have led a team of 3 – 4 and provided technical support and guidance to the team[/LIST]

    Category 3: 8-10 years of Exp (Architect)
    [LIST][*]Should have at least 16-20 months Projects experience in Net, (VB.NET, ASP.Net, ADO.Net) at an Architect level[*]Should have designed and developed at least 5 projects using .Net framework[*]Should have experience in designing/coding using Design Patterns, Open Source products and tools[*]Requirements understanding, Architect Design, Prototyping etc on .NET framework.[*]Providing Technical Support to team.[*]Experience with Real Time systems is Required though not Mandatory[*]Strong in Database skills, SQL Server/Oracle, XML, COM etc are additional skills[/LIST]

    Category 4: 1 to 4 years of Exp (Tester)
    [LIST][*]Strong understanding of testing process[*]Well-versed in test strategy, test plan, cases[*]Knowledge of automated tools would be an added advantage[*]Should have experience in working with open source testing tools[/LIST]
