LOGISTICS :
** Day to Day follow-ups with the Transporters, for placement of Vehicles in the Company, at Other Locations, etc.
** Day to day Planning and Monitoring of Out-going materials, In-coming materials, etc.
** Day to day Co-ordination with User departments like, Purchase, Maintenance, Production, etc. to smoothen the business process.
MATERIALS :
** Uniformity in Operating Procedures of Engineering Purchase & Stores, across all the plants of MIL Groups, Ingersoll Rand, GHCL Ltd., Welspun Corp Ltd (PCMD, Anjar), etc.
** Engineering/Packing Materials management as per the MRP Schedule & PR’s.
** Floating Enquiries, Receiving Quotations, making Comparisons, Negotiating with the Vendors, Placing Purchase Orders & finally ensuring that the material is received in time & handed over to the concerned Indenter/User.
** Keeping track of the materials received against the Purchase Orders, Cash Purchases, Purchase Requisitions, etc. & follow-ups with the vendors for the balance materials as per PO.
** Co-ordinating & Arranging for Inspection of materials from the indenters, users, etc.
** Ensuring Proper Documentation in the system & proper record keeping of all the documents.
** Co-ordinating for Transfer of materials like, Consumables, Chemicals, Spare Parts, etc. to other respective locations, under the intimation to the concerned user.
** Maintain the Stocks of the Engineering Materials in Stores, by adopting the system of Perpetual Physical Inventory and comparing the same with MRP.
** Preparation of MIS reports related to Engineering/Packing Materials, Viz. Monthly Inventory Reports, List of Purchase Requisitions pending for Release, List of Slow- Moving/Non-Moving items, List of Pending Purchase Orders, List of items to be procured under MRP, List of Pending Reservations, Review of Pending Returnable Gate passes list, etc.
** Developing New Vendors for the existing materials required & thereby ensuring that the material is procured at the right price & at the right time, to smoothen the manufacturing process. Also, alternate materials & their new vendors developed for having the un-interrupted material supply flow. Verification of Invoices & GRN’s, for payment clearing process, in Accounts Dept., Settlement of Imprest Account on regular intervals.
** Developed a System for Central Stores, at M/s Micro Inks, for Engineering/Packing Materials & thereby co-ordinating for controlling the Inventories of all the plants.

Diploma in electrical engineering(may 2014)shri k.j polytechnic bharuch,6 sem-82%
But my 1sem in 1 backlog and 2sem in 1 backlog,total 2 backlogs without all clears.
