- Controlling the Shell Crack Rejection in Shell Molding Process
The main aim of this project is to control the shell cracks in shell molding process. Thus by following few control techniques and handling 5m methodology, the quality of the product can be maintained at standard level along with reducing the effort behind the production activities.
- Design and Fabrication of Stair Climbers in Trolley
The ultimate aim of this project is to overcome the difficulty in the mobility of trolley in staircase.
By placing the entire wheel in an angle of 120 degree eases the mobility of trolley in staircase and
the other obstacles.
ACHIEVEMENTS
- Won 1st prize for General Proficiency Award in Standard XII.
- Won 2nd prize in Pro/E modelling contest in National Level Technical Symposium Technovitz ’09
at Kumaraguru College of Technology.
- Represented Karpagam College Cricket Team.
