1. RBT (Ring Back Tones)
- Responsible for Implementation the new RBT CMS (Content Management System) for all major Indian operators & opening up the CMS for their respective content Providers.
- Planning and finalizing the Content Upload Process Flow for faster Updation of Contents into the CMS by the Content Providers.
- Planning and finalizing a Content Release process flow involving the Content Providers, Operator & Different Departments within the Organization and reduce the TAT.
2. Alerts (Voice, SMS & Wap)
- Responsible for smooth operation (Content Updation & Delivery) of the alert Platforms (Voice, SMS & WAP).
- Planning and Implementing a Content Updation / Refresh Cycle involving the Content Providers, Operator & Departments within the Organization & ensuring a smooth / Uninterrupted flow.
3. Client Interactions
- SPOC for all RBT Content release related communications for all Operators & all respective content Providers.
- SPOC for all Alerts related (Voice, SMS & WAP) communications for all respective Content Providers.
- SPOC for all CMS (Content Management System) related concerns/requirements for all Operators & all respective content Providers.
- SPOC for Migration activity from CMS to new RBT application Atlantis.
4. Organizational Interactions
- SPOC for all RBT Content Release Request from all the circle managers Nationwide.
- SPOC for all interactions with the CMS and Atlantis Engineering & Development teams for any tweaks / Customization in the new & Old CMS.
5. Reporting
- SPOC for all monthly selection reports for RBT Contents.
- SPOC for all spl reports requested by the operator.
6. Projects Completed
- Implementation Of the OLD Content Management system and gradually opening up the same to all the content Providers for content Upload and paralley opening up the CMS to the Operator for accessing / Checking the Uploaded content and approving the same.
- Actively taken Part in the development of the New Content Management System (CMS) and New RBT application Atlantis which is developed by my parent company.
- Worked extensively on content related issues on AIRTEL, AIRCEL, TATA GSM and CDMA, VMI RBT from testing, to the deployment of the specified service.
- TATA GSM : New operator to content team and initiated and given release for 50K content in 3 weeks.
- Virgin RBT bulk release 30K contents in 3 weeks
- Aircel RBT : New operator to content team and initiated and given complete RBT structure in CMS with categorization and clips creation.
- Trouble shooting for all RBT issues on site and fixing them within TAT
- Migration of BSNL East RBT and Idea RBT to new application Atlantis from CMS
- Planning and executing an one time Project of checking, Correcting & Enhancing of meta data of all the available (Live) Contents uploaded into the CMS.
- Started Off the Cross operator “Press * to Copy” program (on RBT Content Front) And analyzing & ensuring the New Releases / Top songs are mapped across all operators for smooth transition during Cross operator Copy.
