In this project 4 nos. of 1500KVA, 6.6KV DG are synchronized with 2 nos. of 8000 KVA, 6.6KV Transformer, using AVR, Field Flushing Relay, Generator protection relay(7UM62) and DIEF relay.
- Khetan Sponge & Power Pvt. Ltd.
Prepared GA & wiring diagram for PLC Panel of Khetan Sponge & Power Pvt. Ltd. With Allen Bradley make CPU (micrologic), Input/Output card (flex i/o). Also prepare wiring diagram for AC Drives & Soft starter.
- Blue Ridge, Dighi.
We have designed both HT & LT Panels for this project. HT Panels are designed as per Siemens 8BK88plus design. We have used ASCO make Auto Transfer switch to Change over the supply from DG to Main.
- Sandoz Pvt. Ltd., Turbe.
This project consists of 1 MPCC, 6 MCC and 13 PDB. Designed the General Arrangement of the panels and the wiring and logic diagram.
- Nuclear Fuel Complex, Hydra bad.
Designed the GA, SLD wiring and logic diagram. In this project Auto Transfer Switch is used, whose logic designed by me. This project consists of 2 C/O Panel, 1 PCC, 5 MCC.
