    Title : Design And Implementation of High speed OTP Genertor on FPGA
    Tools : ANSI-C and HANDLE-C
    Description :
    OTP stands for “One Time Pad” generator ,is a cryptographically secure high speed PRNG . It is generated by using an algorithm called “ISAAC+” ,the generated PRNG is used as a secret key for encrypting the “plain text” .This achieved through an EX-OR operation of both secret key and plain text,the encrypted message after so called as “cipher text”.
