- To ensure quality and safety at site as per statutory rules and regulations.
- Material monitoring & inputs to Planning for reconciliation of available material to execution plan.
- Responsible for preparation of Project Progress Report.
- Regular reconciliation of materials with contractor.
- To liaison with Customer on day to day basis and plan execution.
- To report to the SPM the progress achieved from time to time including any critical issues.
- To work in close coordination with project Manager.
- Subcontractors Final Billing.
