Ø Industrial project of 19000 metric tons for Saudi-Kayan refinery.

3. Worked with “M/s Prothious Engineering Services Pvt.Ltd.”at Nashik as a Checking Engineer in
Engineering Dept. (Structural Steel) From May 2005 to May 2007.
Basically it’s Steel Detailing Organization Using SDS-2 software, for making Model Framing and Drawing Detailing. For following Industrial and Commercial Projects.

Ø California Heart Center at California of 9000 metric tons.
Ø Industrial project for Jyoti Structures at Dubai of 6500 metric tons.
Ø Industrial project of power plant for McGill Engg.at USA of 21000 metric tons.

Ø Fabrication, Welding, Erection and Hydro-Testing of various sizes of piping works of SS, CS, AS, LTCS, IS-1239 and 3589 pipes.

Ø Fabrication, welding & erection of structural steel works like Columns, Trusses,
Gantry girders Curved trusses & Purling. For Industrial and commercial projects.

Ø Procurement of manpower, machinery, consumables, Tools & Tackles to the sites.

Ø Assistance / Co-ordination and planning with Clients and Contractors.

Ø Preparation of Schedules as per work priority.

Ø Preparation of running bills as per site activity completed.

Ø Preparation of Isometric drawings based on P&I Diagram.

Ø Inspection and Monitoring of Sandblasting & painting of Tank ages and piping work as per Swiss standard.

Ø Preparation of WPS, PQR and Conducting WPQ.
