1. Prepare Basic Engineering package ie Mass balance, Energy balance, Utility Calculation, Payback period calculation, PFD, P&ID, Process data sheet and Estimate CAPEX for the different sites of the organizations and Align with management decision
2. Check the feasibility of existing equipments (Retrofitting) if required in Aspen Plus and Commercialize the Project from R&D / Pilot plant Scale to Main Plant Production with support from other functions and Prove the product consistency and capacity as expected
3. Prepare process safety documents like Hazop study, and comply the same to run the plant smoothly and Prepare project handover documents as per ISO procedure
4. Project Management activities like Planning, Scheduling, Cost control via SAP module, Vendor selection and support for procurement
5. Calculate Environment load details for environmental clearances like NOC, MoEF and Support EIA report preparation for new product and capacity expansion.
