Provide technical support, training, and consulting services for Autodesk Revit Structure.

Responsibilities:
- Provide pre and post sales technical support for AutoCAD, Revit Structure
- Conduct customer training for the above products. Participate in seminars, workshops, trade shows, and user groups.
- Maintain high customer retention rate by having a focus on follow-through and service.

Expectations for Applicant:
- Minimum one year work experience as a designer or Civil engineer using AutoCAD or Land Desktop & Structural Analysis Packages
