PROJECT SUMMARY
2011 – M.E (CSE) Project – “Fault Prediction in Object-Oriented Systems Using Conceptual Cohesion of Classes” in ST Peter’s University, Chennai.
This project proposes a new measure for the cohesion of classes in OO software systems based on the analysis of the unstructured information embedded in the source code, such as comments and identifiers. The measure, named the Conceptual Cohesion of Classes (C3), is inspired by the mechanisms used to measure textual coherence and presents the principles and the technology that stand behind the C3 measure. A large case study on the open source software systems is presented which compares the new measure with an extensive set of existing metrics and uses them to construct models that predict software faults.
2007 - MBA project – “A study on E-Business verticals in accounting software development and outsourcing in domestic and international markets from Bangalore” in Annamalai University, Chidambaram.
This project study with not only highlight the importance of E-Business applications in the field of accounting sector, but may also pave way to new emerging markets within the accounting sector. This study is based on research work conducted in Bangalore only. Time and cost of the study are another set of constraint faced while working on this study.
2004 - B.E (CS) project – “Call Tracking System” in Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli.
The system is designed and developed to ease the work functionality of the sales department and tracks all the information regarding the deal they make with customer, status of the deal, product which they sell and Inventory details of the product. It has extra features about employee, call status and revenue information. As it is a web-based application, multiple users can access the system with an authorization.
