- System (PDS). The 3D model integrates 3D basic design information of disciplines, such as equipment, piping, structure, civil, electrical and instrumentation.
- MTO and 3D Model using Intergraph Plant Design System (PDS), and preparation of as-built drawings
- Preparation of detailed piping route design Designing and detailing of platform and ladder assembly rising duct assembly, expansion joint assembly and chute assembly. Perform actual design and drafting works (such as Boiler-Piping and Supports, Boiler Casing, Dusting’s and other heavy structure and machinery parts).
- Sketch, Part Modelling, designing analysis, Prepared Sectional drawing of Plot Plan and Piping study & Preparation of Piping General Arrangement drawings of piping arrangement on PDS-Drawing Manager.
- Knowledge in preparation of Unit Plot plan layout, nozzle orientation, and pipe support cleats drawing, and other DWG's using 2-D CAD packages such as Micro station-SE.
- Prepared Flow Logic and Chart for Design Calculation of Different Piping Component based on different Design and Design Related Standards such as ASME & ANSI.
- Pipe supporting & Stress Analysis of piping System.
- Preparation of Piping Procedures.
