Job Description
Design and detail engineering of Electrical of Oil Refineries, Petrochemical Plants, Chemical / Fertilizer Plants, etc which include

Design of Electrical Power Distribution System , Preparation of Engineering design basis for electricals;
Development of SLDs & Control Schematics, Calculations, Studies, etc. using standard design software;
Selection and preparation of Technical Procurement Specifications of various electrical equipment e.g. HV & LV Motors, HV & LV Switchgears, Cables, Battery and chargers, UPS System, PA & Plant Communication System, FA & Gas Detection System, Telephones, etc.
Detail engineering e.g. substation equipment layout, cable routing and power layout, earthing & lightning protection system layouts, lighting layouts, erection sketches, cable schedule, interconnection and terminal wiring diagrams, relay coordination and setting charts, etc.;
Procurement assistance, review of vendor drawings, inspection and testing at vendor's works, etc.

This opening is for our Delhi office, interviews will be conducted in Baroda in the 3rd week of August.

Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate Electrical engineer, from reputed Engineering College, having experience of design and detail engineering experience which shall include:

Development of SLDs and schematics, S.C., load flow and other electrical system studies using design software e.g. E TAP, SKM Power Tools, etc.;

Preparation of Layout diagrams, Erection details and sketches;

Technical Procurement Specifications, Procurement services e.g. technical bid evaluations and recommendations, vendor drawing review, inspection and testing at vendor's works as per Quality plan;
Erection supervision and commissioning assistance, interdepartmental coordination, etc

They should have excellent knowledge of industry practices, relevant national and international codes and standards - BIS and other International standards like IEC , BS , ANSI , IEEE , etc and IER , TAC requirements , OISD specifications , etc.

Should have considerable exposure to working in a fully computerized environment. Possess effective communication skills and leadership skills. Must have worked as Lead Engineer / Asst. Lead Engineer in similar capacity in a consultancy firm in the area of Oil Refineries, Petrochemical plants, Chemical / Fertilizer plants

- Design of different Major Fire Fighting systems like : CO2 system, FM-200 system etc. as per classification society including system piping layout.
- Technical bid preparation of Different projects for Indian Navy and Indian Coast Guard.
