Responsibilities :
* The selected candidate will head the Electrical Maintenance of the Machine Shop and will be responsible for the following :
* Visualizing the maintenance requirements in terms of technology & knowledge skill set for both short-term and long-term.
* Plan for reduction in Maintenance Cost
* Planning shutdown maintenance & overhauling (resources v/s time)
* Conceptualizing and implementing improvements for maintenance-elimination.
* Fool-proofing for quality improvement
* Development of subordinates' skills

Requirements :
* Should be Graduate in Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
* Should posses 8 to 12 years of relevant work experience.
* Be an expert in machine maintenance (CNC, Machining Centres & SPMs)
* Have knowledge of PLC hardware/ Software , Variable frequency Drives, process control equipments & general power and control circuitry.
* Have exposure to SAP-PM module & good knowledge of MS -office
* Have knowledge of TPM & TS16949
* Have knowledge of PLCs & Robots
* Material transfer equipment (conveyors, transporters, turntables etc)
* Should have headed maintenance section in the past.
