Working as a ‘Chemist’ for the M/S Mancherial Cement Company Pvt Ltd.,Mancherial.I am working since Nov’2008 to till date.MCC is take overed from ACC Ltd, it is one of the reputed cement company in ACC cement works. It has got the good name in market field.
Job Responsibilities :
- Preparation of daily production and machinery efficiency report & mailing the report to Head office.
- Giving instructions to lab testers in their routine work and their supervision.
- Analysis of raw materials like laterate, limestone, clinker, cement, gypsum, fly ash, coal, (In these I analysis silica, aluminia, Iron, lime, chlorides, sulphate, etc).
- Analysis of raw materials through Oxford QX-Analyser & its maintance (calibration).
- Calibration of physical compressive strength machine with 500KN & 50KN proving rings.
- Process control of raw materials (lime stone, laterate, coal, gypsum, fly ash) at yard.
- Always a touch with Kiln, Grinding Mills, Packing House for clinker production, grinding of cement, dispatch of cement. To achieve a good quality of cement.
- Preparation of dilute chemical solutions with respective usage in analysis of materials. In routine I prepare 0.4 N HCl, 0.2 N NaOH, 1 :3 H2SO4, Indicators etc
- I have gone through Internal Audit & QMS audit of IS/ISO 9001 – 2008.
Achievement :
I can say proudly that I can handle any type of work with respect to quality, quality of product and quality of my organization/company. Took the challenge to improve quality of product were I stand when compare to other products.
