- Make the sketch for concept.
- Design Solid modeling for sheet metal, plastic, rubber and Aluminum Enclosures.
- Developing 3D models for plastic parts using Ideas NX-12.
- Assembly of plastic parts using Ideas NX-12.
- 2D drafting on Ideas NX-12.
- Final checking and release of engineering drawings for development process.
- Preparing drawings as per clients' specification.
- Prototypes build and sample testing.
- Reports preparation and corrective action.
- Product monitoring.
- Documentation for project release.
- Project Planning
Job Responsibilities: -

- Presently working on the Development of G-Locator, CCTV Camera & POS.
- Design the components according to P.C.B function, fitment in layout using the Ideas NX-12 & AutoCAD.
- Design the different sizes of boxes in F.R.P.
- Design the small & large Enclosure of sheet metal and case systems.
- Design in Personal Computer Enclosures, Tele communications & Billing machines.
- Preparation of Bill of material.
- Co- ordinate with vendors related to drawings; sort out the queries subject to drawings.
- Corresponding with client through mails for approval of developed drawing.
- Coordinating the entire product development including requirement analysis, finalizing specifications, designing and prototype development.
