The Corporate & Institutional Banking (C&IB) division at YES Bank provides comprehensive financial and risk management solutions to clients having a turnover of over INR 10 billion.
To augment our progressive growth plans, we are looking for Senior and Middle Management Corporate Banking professionals with relevant experience in relationship management and business development with strong analytical skills and proven track record of professional achievements.

Key Result Areas:
1. Business Development for cash, trade, lending /structured products, treasury, debt capital markets, investment banking/advisory and liquidity management products
2. Prepares yearly business development plan in line with the bank's strategy for identified larger corporate clients
3. Manage a portfolio of clients whilst ensuring strong relationship management
4. Initiate credit approval process for each new client and annual reviews
5. Responsible for articulation of the customer requirements as input to product development teams
6. Achievement of target set in yearly budget for new and existing clients
7. Develop a healthy pipeline of proposals for disbursements
8. Monitor the performance of the account client
9. Hiring, retention, managing, coaching, mentoring and monitoring the performance of the team (for Senior Management positions)

Essential Competencies:
1. In depth knowledge of corporate banking relationship & marketing concepts
2. Knowledge of Indian market for corporate & institutional financial services
3. Highly analytical, numerate and proficient in complex financial modeling, applications and valuations

Profile and background:
1. Post Graduates from IIM's only with Engg. degree
2. Post qualification relevant Corporate Banking Relationship Management experience from 5 -12 years with Indian Pvt. Sector or MNC Banks
