We are looking to strengthen our team in Bangalore Region by appointing personnel for following positions:
Senior Management position
Regional Head – Retail Banking
Candidate should drive a team of Branch Managers for business goals and targets for retail banking business, both assets and liabilities, with special emphasis on garnering low cost deposits, managing HNIs and selling niche retail asset products. Candidate should possess Degree of a recognized University. Professional qualifications such as CA/ICWA/MBA will be an added advantage. He / she should be ideally around 40 years of age. Overall 10 years of post-qualification experience in Branch Operations, of which at least 5 years as Branch head of a large-sized Branch.
Middle Management positions
Senior Manager – Retail Liabilities
Assist the Regional Head in formulating and implementing plans for substantial growth in deposit base, particularly low cost funds.
Manager – Alternative Business Channels & HNI Relations
Assist Regional Head in developing business through Alternative business Channels and foster relationship with HNI.
Branch Heads - Retail Banking oriented branches
Lead the branch team to achieve business goals and targets.
For the aforesaid Middle Management positions, candidate should ideally be around 35 to 38 years of age and should be a graduate in any faculty. C.A. / I.C.W.A. / C.S. / M.B.A. will be an added advantage. He / She should possess a minimum of 3 years experience in any reputed Commercial / Co-op Bank as an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager/ Manager of a medium / large size branch with focus on Retail Banking activities.
Official in the Facilities Department in Bangalore
Will be responsible for all matters pertaining to premises, maintenance and establishment for Karnataka Zone
Candidate should possess First / Second Class Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Civil / Electrical Engineering and should be ideally around 30-35 years. Overall 3-7 years of post qualification experience in any of Industrial undertaking / Bank / Financial institution.
Officials in the Legal Department in Bangalore
Will be responsible for all matters pertaining to documentation, title search, mortgages and recovery avenues for Karnataka Zone.
Candidate should be a Graduate and LLB / LLM and should possess post qualification experience of 3 – 7 years as practicing Lawyer or in a Bank / Financial Institution in the Legal Dept. and should be conversant with co-operative laws. Candidate should not be above 40 years of age.
