    i) Qualification:
    Minimum qualification is a Graduate Degree from a recognized university.
    ii) Present Cadre:
    Officers at the level of not less than General Manager/Dy. General Manager (Scale VI) in Public Sector Banks and General Managers working in Repco Bank, would be eligible.
    iii) Minimum Years of Service:
    The candidate must have completed a minimum of one year of service as General Manager/Dy. General Manager (Scale VI) and above as on 31st December 2010.
    iv) Residual Service:
    The applicant should have residual service of minimum of 2 years.
    v) Other conditions:
    The candidate should have proven management, leadership and innovative skills to lead an inspired team. The applicant should have adequate knowledge and experience in Banking Operations, Marketing of Banking Products, Credit Appraisal etc.

    Pay scale :Rs. 37,400 – 67,000 + applicable Grade Pay

    EXPERIENCE IN DETAIL

    - Worked as supervisor with IPCO PAPER MILLS AT TARAPUR (MS). A 40 TPD plant manufacturing Duplex & Kraft Paper from 1979 to 1980.
    - Worked as shift manager incharge with UNITED PULP & PAPER MILLS LTD. (Pb.) from Oct. 1980 to Sept. 1988(a 80 TPD Swedish plant manufacturing Printing, Writing and Kraft Paper. Again I was promoted as Production Manager. In Oct. 85 and especially looking after pulp section and stock prep. based on agricultural residues.
    - Worked as Works Manager with M/s NARENDRA PULP & PAPER MILLS LTD. AMRITSAR from July 1988 to Oct. 92 it is 80 TPD Plant manufacturing Semi-Kraft Paper (an agro base unit).
    - Again worked with UNITED PULP & PAPER MILLS LTD, ROPAR as production Manager from 1992 to 1994(a 80 TPD Plant manufacturing Semi- Kraft – Paper.)
    - Worked with UNIWALK PAPER LTD. (FORMALLY KNOWN AS MK PAPER (as General Manager) from 1994 to 2000 (a 40 TPD Plant Manufacturing Semi- Kraft). I got opportunity to revive the sick unit declare by BIFR was also looking after all the activities related to production, quality and cost control. Looking after day-to-day problem to achieve the target production (an Agro based unit)
    - Worked with NABHA INDUSTRIES (NACHIKETA GROUP) DERA BASSI as Works Manager (it is 40 TPD Plant manufacturing Kraft Paper & Writing printing paper) from 2000 to 2003. I joined the plant in initial stage. I was fully responsible for erection, commissioning and operation of entire unit.
    - Worked with SURENDRA PAPER MILLS PVT. LTD. LUDHIANA (PB.). having two machines of 30 TPD Duplex board & 60 TPD Kraft manufacturing Kraft paper. The errection of complete kraft unit and expansion of complete unit was done under my supervision till 2008.
    - Presently employed with SYLVEN GREEN PVT LTD. as G.M. It is a 70 TPD plant manufacturing Kraft paper
