a. Monthly compliance for consent to operate under Air and Water acts
b. Monthly compliance for Hazardous Wastes authorization’s conditions w.r.t. Form 1.
c. Annual return under Hazardous Waste Rules in Form 4.
d. Maintaining record w.r.t. Hazardous Waste Manifest w.r.t. Form 13
e. Monthly water return (Form 1, Rule 4) and quarterly water assessment of assessment report (under Section 6 of the Water Cess Act) submission to authority for water cess return and assessment report
f. Annual report submission for Ground Water Clearance (Constituted under section 3 (3) of the EPA, 1986) to Central Ground Water Authority, New Delhi and Central Ground Water Board, Jaipur.
g. Submission of Six monthly compliance w.r.t. Environmental Clearance for Limestone Mine and Cement Plant (As per Environmental Clearance’s condition).
h. Annual submission of Environmental Statement to concern govt. authority namely MoEF, CPCB and RSPCB for Cement Plant, Limestone Mine and Power Plant (As per Environmental Clearance’s/Consent’s condition).
i. Annual report submission for Bio medical waste authorization under Form II, Rule 10 of Bio medical Rules.
j. Govern all Stack and Ambient Air Quality Monitoring (AAQM) of the Limestone Mine, Cement Plant and Power Plant.
- Meeting with Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board officials for JK Lakshmi Cement Ltd for all required compliance in Limestone Mine, Cement plant and Power Plant.
- Stakeholders meeting for improving & achieving environment standards for cement industry prescribed by Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board.
- Handling Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) project to reduce Green House Gases (GHGs) emission in to environment i.e. “Replacement of fossil fuel by biomass in pyroprocessing”of Kiln.
- Implement, biomass availability study for CDM biomass project in project site.
- Installed biomass handling system for Kiln in precalciner for pyroprocessing with fabrication, erection, commissioning job, at present handle independent biomass handling system including operation and maintenance.
- Involvement in Air Pollution Control Equipment’s maintenance team with leading activities.
- Presently doing Environmental Impact Assessment study (EIA) for Limestone Mine, Cement plant and Power plant (Post project activities). Already done pre project assessment study.
- Conducted environmental audit for Limestone Mine, Power Plant and Cement Plant.
- Directly involve in implementing CDM project to UNFCCC and all related formalities/work for CDM registration, implementation and verification of the project.
- Presently doing Waste Heat Recovery project for CDM approval work at UNFCCC, dealing with consultant and Govt. body, at present working on validation stage.
- Installed Colony Drinking Water Treatment Plant at JK Lakshmi Cement Ltd.
- Major work on rain water harvesting structure and plantation towards ground water clearance and various related consents.
- Watershed management work is in progress to recharge ground water as well as green plantation.
- Ambient air sampling, water sampling, & chemical laboratory analysis of samples.
- Noise sampling and Stack Monitoring to regulate & achieve standards prescribed by Central Pollution Control Board / Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board.
- Circulate weekly e-mail environment news to aware all stakeholders towards current achievement in Environment field.
- Celebrate Earth Hour activity for awareness movement towards Global Climate Change since year 2008 at JK Lakshmi Cement Ltd.
- Delivered presentation for environment awareness and disaster management (Safety) in in-house training programme in HRD and surroundings stakeholders of the plant.
- Selected in plant safety committee and understand relevant safety measures.
