- I have started my career with ALMARAI co. Saudi Arabia, by joining Continual Improvement Team (CPP-2 Quality Team) with key responsibility for daily complaints follow up with sales and transport team, investigations for general or serious complaints raised by customer or consumer, Phase prevention Audit for fermented milks and Cheese plant.
- Apart these, I was handling GMP Audit for various sections i.e. Cheese, TRD, Butter & Ghee section, Fresh Juices and stock verification audit for some of the north and central Riyadh depots and reporting to higher management for their review.
- I had responsibility to report for major quality related issues summary target to target summary and Quality objective Monitor Summary (Weekly and Monthly) to production management team, planning team and higher management team.
- Looking to my interest and performance, I am transferred to the Project division since Nov.2010 as a Project coordinator having responsibility mainly, to modulate and develop the Quality management System with Project works.
- I am also responsible to co ordinates the project works with site engineers/supervisors and reporting to the Project manager. Project work includes Project Proposal review, preparation of scoping document, CAPEX procedure (i.e. bidding for Quotation, PR, and technical design approval, PO) which is followed by Project initiation, implementation, commissioning, validation and verification of project, listing of snags for project or process and reviewing with the supplier or contractor, reviewing the Key performance indicators (KPI) for final acceptance of the project and final closure of the project with the approval of user department and project manager.
