Years of experience - 3+ yrs total
Should be strong in java basics and OOPs.
Worked in J2EE technologies like JSP, Servlets, EJB, JDBC, XML. J2EE development experience with IDEAs like WSAD ( WebSphere Application Developer ) or RAD ( Rapid Application Developer).
Or RSA Working experience in DHTML, Javascript Knowledge of UML and Rational tools.
Knowledge of testing frameworks/tools like JUnit, JTest.
Knowledge/ Work experience in MQ and Web s

- 3+ yrs of experience in Java,J2EE (This is Must).
-Good Communication skills is Must.
