Candidate Profile :
B.E ( Mech) Engineers with greater than 8 years of experience.
Experience in Pressure Vessel Design Required
Specific Knowledge of EJMA expansion joint Design Standards will be advantageous.Fabrication knowledge of sheet metal work,pipe fittings,flanges,fastners welcome.
Exposure to Finite Element Analysis and 3D modeling welcome.Familiarity with Pressure Vessel testing a bonus.
Strong Knowledge of Engineering fundamentals in the area of Design preferred

Engineers with excellent leadership abilities with exposure to sheet metal fabrication and in depth knowledge of welding. Exposure to pressure vessel/ heat exchanger manufacturing are preferred.

Responsible for overall management of shop floor activities by managing a team of 40 people comprising Shop floor workers, supervisors, Quality engineers, Stores personnel. Formulate daily/weekly/monthly production plans and ensure planned Production targets on a daily/weekly/monthly basis are achieved or exceeded. Effective man management skills and related engineering knowledge required. Knowledge of ISO, ASME , Factory Act needed. Retired Defense personnel preferred. Able to deliver under pressure to meet deadlines. Effective communication skills is a must. Spoken and written knowledge of Tamil, English and preferably Hindi preferred.
